What is Bloom?

Bloom is a space for Vegas women to gather, connect, and “grow their businesses under one posh roof”. We offer a thoughtfully-created space to inspire and connect women. Aside from the beautifully designed space for co-working, Bloom offers learning, mentoring and networking opportunities in an open and supportive environment.

In general, women-only co-working spaces have been on the rise across the country in cities like New York, Los Angeles and Washington, DC. Chelli and Ginger believe that the women of Las Vegas deserve the same progressive space and hope that you will join them in Downtown Las Vegas.

Do I Need to Reserve a Space?

If you are a member, you can drop in anytime during business hours Monday through Friday, no reservation is necessary to use our co-working space.  Keep in mind that some days Bloom may be full and some days it may be quiet. You will always be guaranteed a seat at Bloom, but not necessarily your favorite desk. If you own a package of visits, upon your arrival at Bloom, you will be checked in and deducted a visit.

Exclusive use of conference rooms must be reserved in advance on our website. As a reminder, members may reserve a conference room up to two hours a day free of charge.

How much does it cost to be a Bloom member?

Our unlimited monthly membership is a steal at $149/mo.  This is a recurring charge that may be canceled at anytime.  Membership is limited.

Drop-ins are also welcome for just $35/day. We also offer a 5-Package of Visits for $158 (10% Discount to the Drop-in Rate) that can be used at anytime within six months.

How Do the Private Conference Rooms Work?

Members are entitled to two hours of conference space daily on a first come, first served basis. These should be booked in advance.  Use them all at once for yourself and/or your teammates or use them for client meetings.  (Reminder – men ARE welcome at Bloom!)

After two-hours, conference rooms are available to members and active package holders for $25/hour.  Conference rooms may be reserved online or feel free to call or email us at for details and to book.

Conference rooms may be booked by non-members at a rate of $50/hour.

Two of our conference room offer smart TVs with built in PCs with a camera. All three of our conference rooms have large whiteboards.

How Does the Bloom 5-Pack of Visits Work?

If you purchase this package of visits, that means you can use those visits anytime in the following six months from the date of purchase. A visit is a weekday between 8:30 and 5:00.  If you stay for two hours or eight hours on a single day you will be charged one of your visits.  Remember that some days Bloom may be full and some days it may be quiet. You will always be guaranteed a seat at Bloom, but not necessarily your favorite desk.

Can I Talk on the Phone or is there a Designated Space?

We have three conference rooms for taking conference calls, Skype, etc. Additionally, we have a comfortable outdoor area if you’d like to take your call out in the Vegas sunshine.

Bloom is not a traditional co-working environment. It is not intended to operate like a library –  we believe that conversation is necessary for productivity. Therefore, feel free to make phone calls (at a respectful volume) in the open, co-working space. If you anticipate using Bloom to work, and your job is phone-intensive, we may not be the best place for you.

What are the Member Amenities?

All members have access to free Lavazza coffee, Tazo tea, filtered water and occasional delicious snacks in our space (we love apples…and doughnuts).

Have a printing / faxing / scanning project? We also have a printer for your use in addition to other office supplies and super-duper Wi-Fi.  A bloom concierge will always be available at the front desk to make sure your visit is comfortable and inviting.

What are Your Hours?

We are open Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm. The entire space is available for private events on weekday evenings from 6:00 – 9:00 pm.

I'm Interested in Booking an Event at Bloom. What are the Details?

Weekday evening rentals are from 6:00 – 9:00pm and are based on availability. Members may make reservations with for only $100/evening, non-members $200. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at booking. 

Bloom believes in supporting our local non-profits and will donate available evening hours to local organizations who are sponsored by a member on a limited basis.

No birthday parties, weddings, baby showers, etc. Events must be in line with the values of Bloom. All events are subject to management’s approval and may require a staff point person.

Is There a Membership Commitment?

There is no commitment with your membership!  The monthly payment is recurring but may be canceled at anytime.

Are Men Allowed at Bloom?

We do love men, but we created Bloom specifically for women. However, if you would like to invite male colleagues to a meeting or event, of course they will be welcome.

What Type of Business and Women Should Consider Working out of Bloom?

We have a strict no-asshole policy. We say that in jest, but the women who we envision working alongside are kind, motivated, authentic, and service-minded.

How is Bloom Different than a Traditional Co-Working Space?

Traditional co-working spaces have fluorescent lights that will suck the life out of you. At Bloom, we have thoughtfully created a life-giving space that will inspire you to cultivate connection, community and calling.

What are some Networking of Socializing Opportunities?

As a part of the first class of Bloom, you’ll be influential in answering this question! We hope you’ll help us create a calendar of exciting, meaningful and fun events.

Where Do I Park?

There is free parking on our cross streets (Clark and Bonneville) with no time limit.  7th Street offers free parking with a two-hour time limit (time to stretch those legs) and there is ample metered parking as well on 7th Street and in the blocks surrounding us. We are intentionally not located in a strip mall or high-rise.  Our oasis offers many perks including the benefit of exploring Downtown Las Vegas.  This may mean occasionally taking a stroll down our tree-lined streets. Enjoy!
